MOBILE NOTARY SERVICES

Notary services are available to individuals and attorneys.

• Franklin and downtown Suffolk area fee is $40.00
  

• Northern Suffolk (College Drive area), Courtland, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Smithfield, Isle of Wight, Windsor and Wakefield fee is $50.00

• Pungo, Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson and Waverly fee is $60.00

• Any areas outside of a 40 mile radius from the Suffolk, VA courthouse is $60.00 plus $1.00 per mile over the 40 mile radius

• Same day fee for mobile notary services is additional $15.00

• Mobile notary services include notarization of up to four documents. Each additional document to be notarized is $5.00
