Executive Paralegal Services is available for hire for documentation preparation for attorneys only. We are experienced in drafting documents for multiple areas of law such as child custody, visitation, support, uncontested divorces, contested divorces, QDROs, civil litigations, basic estate planning - wills, powers of attorney and advanced medical directives, criminal law, personal injury, deeds, deeds of trust, collections, confessions of judgment, all forms of discovery and landlord/tenant law. We will discuss and communicate with the attorneys and the clients to perform all work necessary. If there are any areas of law or specific documents you are in need of but do not see listed, please contact us and we will advise if we are able to prepare such document or service. Depending on the service and needs of the attorney, rates may be billed hourly or at a flat fee. Hourly rates are based on volume of work.

Meeting Your Needs
UNCONTESTED AND CONTESTED DIVORCES
The paralegal will draft all standard documents necessary in an uncontested divorce to include the Complaint for Divorce, Acceptance of Service and/or Waiver, Affidavit of Moving Party, Affidavit of Witness, Final Decree of Divorce, Addendum for Protected Information, VS-4 Form and cover letter to the court. This can be done at one time with the fast-track divorce or in steps if needed. We can prepare basic and complex Separation Agreements.
Executive Paralegal Services will assist the attorney with necessary documents in a contested divorce such as Complaint for Divorce, Addendum for Protected Information, Answer or Answer and Cross-Complaint, Demurrer, Affidavit for Order of Publication, Order of Publication, Certificate for Setting Divorce Outside of Docket Call, Praecipe, Divorce Pretrial Order or Scheduling Order, Judicial Settlement Conference Order, Pretrial Conference Brief, Friday Motions Request Form, Friday Divorce Docket Request Form, Witness and Exhibit Lists, Notice of Hearing, Notice to Take Depositions, Notice of Depositions, Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents, Answers to Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents, Petition and Order for Show Cause, various notices, motions and orders, Witness and Exhibit List, Final Decree of Divorce, Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO), Name Restoration Order and any additional documents required by the court. We can also prepare trial binders. The paralegal will communicate with counsel, courts and clients as requested by the attorney/firm to schedule or coordinate hearings, conferences or appointments, or to prepare discovery responses or other documents.
CHILD CUSTODY, SUPPORT AND VISITATION
Executive Paralegal Services will draft all documents for the attorney to include the custody and visitation petitions for each child, support petition, UCC Affidavits, Servicemember Affidavits and cover letter to the court for filing.
We will draft any documents for the attorney necessary in a contested or uncontested custody case such as Custody, Visitation or Support Consent Orders, Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents, Answers to Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents, Motion for Injunction, Motion for Show Cause Summons, Motion to Amend or Review Order and other notices or motions necessary.
STEP-PARENT ADOPTIONS
Executive Paralegal Services will prepare documentation for the attorney in a step-parent adoption such as the Petition for Adoption, Consent of the Biological Parent, Adoption Order, VS-21 Notice of Adoption, VS-6 Application for Birth Certificate and cover letter(s) to the court.
CIVIL LITIGATION
Executive Paralegal Services will prepare various litigation documents for the attorney such as Bill of Particulars, Grounds of Defense, witness subpoenas, subpoenas duces tecum, Scheduling Order, Notice of Depositions, Motion to Set Aside Default Judgment, Motion to Rehear/Reopen, Writ of Eviction, Notice of Satisfaction, Summons to Answer Interrogatories, Interrogatory Questions for court, Notice of Trial Date, Certificate for Setting Trial Outside of Docket Call, Praecipe, Interrogatories & Request for Production of Documents, Answers to Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents, Pretrial Memorandum or Pretrial Conference Brief, Witness and Exhibit List, preparation of Trial Binder, preparation of Exhibits and any other documents needed.
COLLECTIONS
Executive Paralegal Services will prepare various packets such as:
Warrant in Debt, Servicemember Affidavit, letter to the court and coversheet if necessary.
Warrant in Detinue, Servicemember Affidavit, letter to the court and coversheet if necessary.
Summons for Unlawful Detainer, Servicemember Affidavit, letter to the court and coversheet if necessary.
Calculation of judgment balance for return date, preparation of Suggestion for Garnishment Summons, Garnishment Summons and cover letter to the court.
CRIMINAL/TRAFFIC
Executive Paralegal Services will draft documents for the attorney such as Petition for Restoration of Driving Privileges, Petition and Order for Expungement, discovery motions, Certificate of Analysis, and cover letter(s) to the court and/or Commonwealth’s Attorney.
CASE ANALYSIS
Executive Paralegal Services will perform all documentation and analysis of cases necessary for the attorney.
We also offer preparation of various other documents such as Deeds, Deeds of Trust, Confession of Judgment, Application for Name Change for Minor and Order for Name Change.
ESTATE PLANNING DOCUMENTS
Executive Paralegal Services will prepare for the attorney documents needed for basis estate planning such as Last Will and Testament, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Medical Directives.
